AVA Fashion Studio — Refund & Exchange Policy
At AVA Fashion Studio, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the best quality for our customers. Please review our policy below:
❌ Returns
We do not accept returns on any products.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
Shipping costs for exchange will be borne by the customer.
⚠️ Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide store credit only.
A full 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
The video must be recorded from before opening the package and clearly show the issue.
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
📦 Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases, if a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, you will be given the option to choose another product.
If you do not wish to select an alternate product, a refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item only.
📌 Important Notes
Store credit once issued cannot be converted into a refund.
AVA Fashion Studio reserves the right to refuse exchange/store credit if policy conditions are not met.
